1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Stewart Simmons, Told Ya Sew, Shop Face East and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Sponsorship:

The giveaway is sponsored by Stewart Simmons ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Mailchimp, or any other platform used—or any schools or universities.

3. Entry Period:

Entries will be accepted starting on May 16, 2026 at 12 PM EST and ending on May 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible.

Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements and fulfill all giveaway requirements to be eligible to win.

5. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a prize bundle valued at $620 including: two clothing items and two accessories in the Stewart Simmons Americana collection and a Stanley Quencher H2.0 Flowstate™ 30 oz tumbler valued from Stewart Simmons, a custom pennant embroidered mini tote bag, personalized embroidered bandana, and $100 gift card valued from Told Ya Sew,
a Varsity Star bracelet stack from Shop Face East.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days following selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
