Stewart Simmons will accept returns + exchanges within 14 days from date of purchase. Items must be in the original condition with tags still attached.
To schedule a return or exchange, please visit our return portal. This will walk you through the return + exchange process. For valid returns, a return label will be immediately emailed to you. For exchanges, our team will contact you to confirm availability of your desired item(s) and will then email you a mailing label. If you have questions or would like to ship your return on your own, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be notified when your return or exchange has been received and processed. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that a shipping charge of $5.00 will be applied to all returns that are created through our return portal. Exchanges are free and will be shipped immediately at no cost.
