Stewart Simmons will accept returns and exchanges for regular price items within 14 days from date of delivery. Items must be in the original condition with tags still attached. Only one return request can be made per order. Items for return or exchange must be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from date of delivery.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Yes! Stewart Simmons will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from date of delivery for eligible purchases. Items must be regular price and be in the original condition with tags still attached. Only one return request can be made per order. Items for return or exchange must be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from date of delivery.
*We are unable to accept returns or exchanges received at our warehouse after 30 days from the original delivery date . Items received after 30 days from the original delivery date will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
When will I receive my refund?
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days.
Are sale items eligible for returns & exchanges?
All sale and discounted items non returnable and not eligible for exchange. If you have any questions about sizing, style, or fit, please reach out to us at support@stewartsimmons.com!
How do I start the return process?
All returns and exchanges must be processed through the return portal. Valid returns can be shipped back via a carrier of your choosing or via prepaid labels generated through the return portal. Prepaid labels for returns will be sent immediately through email. For exchanges, prepaid labels will be sent after our team confirms availability of your desired item(s). You will be notified when your return or exchange has been received and processed.

Are returns & exchanges free?
Please note that a shipping charge of $7.95 will be applied to all returns using prepaid shipping labels. Exchanges are free and will be shipped immediately at no cost.
Do you have an extended return policy for the holidays?
Yes! Items purchased at full price during the month of December will be eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days from date of delivery.

Find your order
Find your order in our RETURN PORTAL using your order number and zip code, email, or phone number.

Print your label
Once you locate your order, you'll be able to provide a reason for return and generate a return label if eligible — then, choose a carrier or use a prepaid label.
Prepaid labels for returns will be sent immediately through email. For exchanges, prepaid labels will be sent after our team confirms availability of your desired item(s).

Pack your return
Pack up your order carefully and affix your return label onto the package.

drop it off
Once your package is packed and ready to go, head to the specified carrier to ship it back to us!
