Our Returns Policy

Stewart Simmons will gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery. For more information on our return and exchange policy, please visit our FAQ page.

To schedule a return or exchange, please visit our return portal.  

Step One

Generate Your Label

Find your order in our RETURN PORTAL using your order number and zip code, email, or phone number.

Once you locate your order, you'll be able to provide a reason for return and generate a return label if eligible — then, choose a carrier or use a prepaid label.

Prepaid labels for returns will be sent immediately through email. For exchanges, prepaid labels will be sent after our team confirms availability of your desired item(s). 

Step Two

Drop Your Return

Once you've packed your return and attached your label, it's ready to ship it back to us! Drop it off at the nearest location for your selected carrier within 14 days of delivery.

Step Three

Your Return is Processing

Once your package is received at our warehouse, your return will be processed and refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
