What size should I order?
If you’re not sure which size is quite right for you, please reference our size guides for exact measurements and details on how each piece is designed to fit. If you have questions about a specific garment, please reach out to us at support@stewartsimmons.com — we're here to help!
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Because of our quick shipping times, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they are placed. However, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible purchases!
Where can I find Stewart Simmons in stores?
Stewart Simmons apparel is now carried in over 350 retail locations nationwide. To help find a store near you, please contact us!
What if I don't see my school?
Stewart Simmons is currently licensed with over 55 colleges and universities — and we'd love to add yours to the roster!

Shipping
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please reference this tracking number for updates and changes to your delivery.
All accessories are shipped and fulfilled separately. For additional information around shipping policies and tracking information, please reach out to the fulfillment partner directly (listed under the "Shipping & Returns" tab).
Unfortunately, once your package has shipped, it is no longer within our control. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we kindly ask that you first reach out directly to the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Is shipping free?
*Qualifying orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping. For all other orders, shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
*Excludes accessories and wholesale orders.
For all wholesale orders, shipping costs will be calculated as your order ships.
When will my order ship?
We know you're excited for your new gear, and do our best to get every order shipped out as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
If your order is placed before 2 PM EST, your order will be processed on the same business day.
If your order is placed after 2 PM EST, your order will be processed the next business day.
Please note: accessories are shipped and fulfilled separately, and may have varying lead times.
How long does shipping take?
At checkout, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method to receive a delivery estimate. Please note that these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary.
Expedited Shipping: Est. 2-3 Business Days
Standard Shipping: Est. 3-6 Business Days
Please note: accessories are shipped and fulfilled separately, and may have varying lead times.
During high volume periods such as sales and launches, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping times or need your order by a certain date. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you on time!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We are pleased to offer expedited shipping (2-3 business days) on most purchases. If your order qualifies, you will see "Expedited" as an eligible shipping method during the checkout process.
All expedited orders are shipped via UPS ground from zip code 30336. You can estimate transit time here.
If your order is placed with expedited shipping before 2 PM EST, your order will be shipped on the same business day.
If your order is placed with expedited shipping after 2 PM EST, your order will ship the next business day.
If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend, it will ship the next business day.
*Accessories are not eligible for expedited shipping as this time, as partner shipping and fulfillment times may vary.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your new items, but we know sometimes things just don't work out!
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible purchases:
- Items must be in original condition with original packaging
- Only one return request may be submitted per order
- All markdown items and accessories are final sale (qualifying orders placed with a discount code are still eligible unless otherwise noted)
Please note that a shipping fee of $7.95 will be applied to eligible returns using prepaid shipping labels. Exchanges are FREE and will be shipped immediately at no cost!
*We are unable to accept returns or exchanges received at our warehouse after 30 days from the original delivery date. Items received after 30 days from the original delivery date will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges unless received damaged or defective (photos required). If you are experiencing issues with your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

Are returns & exchanges free?
For eligible orders, exchanges are free and will be shipped immediately at no cost!
A shipping charge of $7.95 will be applied to qualifying returns using prepaid shipping labels.
*Please note: markdown items and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Can I return sale items?
All markdown items (styles showing a slashed price) are final sale. Unless otherwise indicated, orders that include a discount code are still eligible for return or exchange on qualifying items.
How do I start a return or exchange?
All eligible returns and exchanges for apparel must be processed through the return portal here.
Qualifying returns can be shipped back using a carrier of your choosing or via prepaid labels generated through the return portal. Prepaid labels for returns will be sent immediately through email.
For exchanges, prepaid labels will be sent after our team confirms availability of your desired item(s). You will be notified when your return or exchange has been received and processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days.
Wholesale
How can I carry Stewart Simmons?
We are currently accepting wholesale applications and would love to work with you. You can apply to become a retailer here.
Can I order custom pieces?
We would love to work with you on bringing your design idea to life! Our minimum order quantity for custom creations is 48 units.
