Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides for details on how each piece fits.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Because of our quick shipping times, this is not normally possible. Please contact support@stewartsimmons.com if you need to change something on your order.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days from date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached. All sale items are final. You can read more about our return policy and schedule returns here

***Items purchased for full price during the month of December will be eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days from date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached.***

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with shipping details as soon as your order ships. Please reference this email to track your package.

Please note that we have no control over packages once they leave our hands. If you have received your shipping details but are missing your package, please contact the shipping provider.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship orders within the United States. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping (not valid on wholesale orders). For all other orders, shipping costs will apply, and will be calculated at checkout.

When will my order ship?

We realize that purchases are time sensitive and do everything we can to get orders delivered as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping generally takes 2-3 business days from the time we ship your purchase. During peak times such as sales and launches, shipping can be delayed. Shipping dates that are provided at checkout are estimates and may vary. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping times or need your order by a certain date.  We'll do everything we can to get your order to you on time!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do offer expedited shipping on most purchases. If your order qualifies, you will see "Expedited" as a shipping method during the checkout process.

All orders placed with expedited shipping before 2pm EST will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend, it will ship the next business day. Expedited orders will ship via UPS ground.
