Ordering
What size garment should I order?
If you’re not sure which size is quite right for you, please reference our size guides for exact measurements and details on how each piece is designed to fit. If you have questions about a specific garment, please reach out to us at support@stewartsimmons.com.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Because of our quick shipping times, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they are placed.
Shipping
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please reference this tracking number for updates and changes to your delivery.
Please note that once your package has shipped, it is no longer within our control. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we kindly ask that you first reach out directly to the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship orders within the United States. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping (excluding wholesale orders). For all other orders, shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
We know you're excited for your new gear, and do our best to get every order shipped out as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed after 2 PM EST, your order will be processed the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
At checkout, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method to receive a delivery estimate. Please note that these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary.
Expedited Shipping: Est. 2-3 Business Days
Standard Shipping: Est. 3-6 Business Days
During high volume periods such as sales and launches, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping times or need your order by a certain date. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you on time!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We are pleased to offer expedited shipping on most purchases. If your order qualifies, you will see "Expedited" as an eligible shipping method during the checkout process.
All orders placed with expedited shipping before 2pm EST will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend, it will ship the next business day. Expedited orders will ship via UPS ground.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible purchases. To qualify, items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please note:
- Only one return request may be submitted per order.
- Markdown items (sale styles with slashed pricing) are final sale.
- Qualifying orders placed with a discount code are still eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise noted.
Please note that a shipping charge of $7.95 will be applied to all returns using prepaid shipping labels. Exchanges are free and will be shipped immediately at no cost.
*We are unable to accept returns or exchanges received at our warehouse after 30 days from the original delivery date . Items received after 30 days from the original delivery date will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Are returns & exchanges free?
All exchanges are free and will be shipped immediately at no cost. For returns, a shipping charge of $7.95 will be applied using prepaid shipping labels.
Can I return sale items?
All markdown items (sale styles with slashed pricing) are final sale. Unless otherwise noted, qualifying purchased placed with a discount code are still eligible for return or exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?
All returns and exchanges must be processed through the return portal here.
Valid returns can be shipped back via a carrier of your choosing or via prepaid labels generated through the return portal. Prepaid labels for returns will be sent immediately through email. For exchanges, prepaid labels will be sent after our team confirms availability of your desired item(s). You will be notified when your return or exchange has been received and processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days.
