When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak times such as sales and launches, shipping can be delayed. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping times or need your order by a certain date. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you on time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping generally takes 2-3 business days from the time we ship your purchase. You can expect to receive your order within about 3-6 business days from the time of purchase. As noted above, orders placed during sales and launches can take slightly longer. Expedited shipping is available if your purchase is time sensitive. Please note that we have no control over packages once they leave our hands. If you have received your shipping details but are missing your package, please contact the shipping provider.
Can I track my order?

How do I return my item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 21 days from date of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached. All sale items are final. You can read more about our return policy and schedule returns here.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Because of our quick shipping times, this is not normally possible. Please contact email@example.com if you need to change something on your order.
